The idea is simple: use Wine for everything from now on. This is commonly called "eating your own dog food". Whatever apps you use the most, run the Windows version under Wine instead of the Linux version. This goes for Firefox, OpenOffice, vim, ... whatever. (Yes, it's a bit silly to run the Windows version if there's a Linux version, but it's a great way to find rare Wine bugs.)
Normally we should do this before stable releases, but be free to start at any time.
If you find problems, either report them to the wine-users forum (use subject line containing "Dogfood Challenge") or file a bug (put "(dogfood)" in the summary line). When testing, always use the latest release candidate of Wine.
